• Payment Disputes: Any non-payment or partial payment disputes between users (borrowers and lenders) must be resolved independently.
• Process Compliance: Swoozle relies on users to follow the app’s defined exchange or rental workflow (including necessary confirmations and button actions). If users fail to complete the expected process, we may be unable to assist in resolving any disputes.
• User Conduct: Users are solely responsible for their actions, and Swoozle does not guarantee the behavior, reliability, or intent of any party using the platform.

Deleting Your Information

• You can delete your Swoozle account at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information pursuant to applicable law) by clicking here. When you delete your Swoozle account, we remove the personal information that is no longer required to operate or provide our services. Some data may be retained temporarily if necessary to complete ongoing rentals or comply with legal obligations. Deleting your account will delete your account info, profile photo and all your products. Be mindful that if you only uninstall Swoozle app from your smart phone, your information will be stored with us for a longer period.
